Founded in 2014, Lianwei Technology (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. began as a precision hardware machining workshop in Chang’an Town, Dongguan, at the heart of the Pearl River Delta’s manufacturing hub. From the start, we specialized in designing and manufacturing aluminum and magnesium die-casting molds and processing high-precision metal parts, serving the local industrial equipment and consumer electronics sectors.
In the early years, we built our reputation on delivering consistent quality and tight-tolerance components, gradually expanding our customer base and product range. By 2018, we had established dedicated production workshops to scale our capabilities, including:
- Turn-Mill Composite Workshop
- CNC Machining Workshop
- 5-Axis Precision Parts Machining Workshop
To meet growing demand for complex, high-precision parts, we invested heavily in advanced manufacturing equipment, including Mazak 9-axis machining centers, DMG MORI 5-axis machining centers, Brother 4-axis machining centers, Mazak turn-mill composite machines, and Takisawa CNC lathes, totaling over 100 units. We also added top-tier quality control tools such as Hexagon and Zeiss coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) to ensure every component meets strict dimensional accuracy standards.
By 2020, we completed our in-house production ecosystem by adding full-service finishing and testing workshops, including:
- Oxidation, powder coating, and polishing lines
- Laser engraving and paint filling facilities
- Aging treatment workshop
- A multi-functional laboratory for material and performance testing
This integration allowed us to offer one-stop solutions from mold design and die-casting to precision machining, surface treatment, and quality verification, positioning us as a reliable partner for projects requiring durable, corrosion-resistant components.
Today, as a National High-Tech Enterprise, “Specialized, Refined, Differential & Innovative" SME, and Innovative SME, Lianwei Technology serves customers globally across industries including automotive, aerospace, industrial automation, telecommunications, and new energy vehicles (NEVs). We specialize in rugged industrial communication housings, IP68-rated antenna components, and custom precision parts made from ADC12, A380, 5052 aluminum alloy, and magnesium alloy.
